The internet already made you a global citizen. At 2pm, you can watch Lamine Yamal play in Spain. A minute later, you open Instagram and see eight new posts from Paris, Lisbon, Peru, and one guy from high school who is apparently reselling sneakers in Dubai now. He lives in Dubai now? Your world is already bigger than wherever you happen to live.

Physically, though, it hasn’t caught up. You could know people everywhere, meet them anywhere, and build a life across the planet. The richest people already do. But that kind of freedom is still treated like a luxury. For everyone else, the options are basically the same as your grandparents’: stay frozen in one place, rent someone else’s life one Airbnb at a time (and pay a random $200 cleaning fee), or buy homes that tend to sit empty most of the year. The internet globalized your life. Unless you’re one of the big dogs, your physical life is still the same day-to-day routine in the same place.

I don’t think it will stay that way. As a software engineer, I’m bullish on what AI and autonomy will do to work in the 2030s. It’ll take up less of our lives, untether more of us from a fixed, boring workplace, and give us freedom to decide where—and around whom—we spend our time. Simply, it makes more kinds of lives possible.

Introducing...

Bases are a new primitive. A Base is a professionally operated residential asset, underwritten for both long-term appreciation and recurring use. A real home worth returning to—not another rental you forget when you leave.

We group them into Pools. A Pool is a curated network of Bases with shared ownership, access, and operations. We plan to work with the biggest names in real estate and hospitality to bring Pools to life around the world.

WORLD I

CAPITAL UNITS / ECONOMIC EXPOSURE / 8 PROPERTIES

50 HOLDERS / 1000 UNITS / 3037 BASE CREDITS

MANY VERIFIED HOLDERS / ONE SHARED ASSET

Think about it this way.

Today, buying a home means tying your money and your life to one address. A Pool changes that. You own part of a network, then use its Bases as your life moves. You’re not buying the second week of June in Lisbon or bedroom three in Tokyo. Your 150 Base Credits buy you ~40 nights across the Mediterranean for a $200K investment (designed to appreciate over time, by the way).

Imagine Timothy. He makes $150k a year as a remote software engineer and just bought into Asia Pool II because his For You page while in college gave him the yellow fever. He now moves between Tokyo, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand freely every quarter.
